I, , hereby agree to adequately control vegetation (per current County Weed list) growing within the Stevens County road right-of-way, adjoining my property, in lieu of herbicide applications by County personnel. Determination of “adequate control” is at the sole discretion of Weed Board personnel, but will normally mean that the listed noxious weeds are not producing seed.
