This Settlement Agreement is made and entered into by and among: (1) Plaintiffs April Darrin, Kenneth Keeler, Cheryl Soles, Tyler Beadle, and Bruce Snyder (“Plaintiffs” or “Representative Plaintiffs”), individually and on behalf of the Settlement Class Members (as defined below); and (2) Defendant Huntington Ingalls Industries and its subsidiary HII Mission Technologies Corp.1 (“Defendant” or “HII”) (collectively, the “Parties”).
