This Fiscal Year 2016 Collective Impact Agreement (this “Agreement”) is by and between United Way of Salt Lake, located at 257 E 200 S, Suite 300, Salt Lake City, Utah 84111 (“UWSL”), and Granite School District located at 2500 S State Street, Salt Lake City, UT 84115 (“Partner,” and together with UWSL, each a “Party” and collectively the “Parties”), and is effective from July 1, 2016 through June 30, 2017 (the 7“Term”).
