This Agreement comprises these Terms of Trade, the Broker Application Form and the Broker Guide (each as may be varied from time to time) and sets out the responsibilities of the Broker whose details are shown on a Broker Application Form in connection with credit facilities provided by Close Brothers Limited to Borrowers introduced to Close by the Broker.
