THIS OPTION AGREEMENT (“Option Agreement”) is made , 2024, or the date both Parties execute this Agreement, whichever is later (“Effective Date”) by and between the ORANGE COUNTY FLOOD CONTROL DISTRICT, a body corporate and politic (hereinafter called “District”) and SAN BERNARDINO COUNTY, a political subdivision of the State of California (hereinafter called “Optionee”). District and Optionee may sometimes hereinafter individually be referred to as “Party” or jointly as “Parties.”
