AMENDMENT TO THE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE COUNTY OF SAN MATEO AND THEWOMEN’S RECOVERY ASSOCIATION, TRACEY’S PLACE OF HOPE FOR ADOLESCENT GIRLS DIAGNOSED WITH MENTAL HEALTH AND SUBSTANCE ABUSE PROBLEMS THIS AMENDMENT TO THE AGREEMENT, entered into this day of , 20 , by and between the COUNTY OF SAN MATEO, hereinafter called "County," and the WOMEN’S RECOVERY ASSOCIATION, TRACEY’S PLACE OF HOPE , hereinafter called "Contractor"; W I T N E S S E T H: WHEREAS, pursuant to Government Code, Section 31000, County may contract with independent contractors for the furnishing of such services to or for County or any Department thereof; WHEREAS, on June 16, 2006, the parties entered into an Agreement Number 74400-06-C292 for services to adolescent girls diagnosed with mental health and substance abuse problems; and WHEREAS, the parties wish to amend the Agreement to add funds in the amount of $150,000 for a new total obligation of $205,000 for continuation of services at Tracey’s Place of Hope.
