I, ,wish to participate in volunteer deployments coordinated by Heart to Heart International, a Kansas not-for-profit corporation. I understand and agree that my services to Heart to Heart as a volunteer are subject to successful completion of a background check and drug screening. As a volunteer, I understand that Heart to Heart International has provided an opportunity for me to volunteer my skills to assist people in need. I understand that I may be working in abnormal and/or subnormal circumstances and that those circumstances may be beyond the control of Heart to Heart International. I understand that Heart to Heart International is serving compelling humanitarian needs and is allowing me to perform acts of compassion in cooperation with their larger relief and development efforts. I understand that Heart to Heart may not own or provide the facilities in which I will work or stay, but that all possible efforts will be made to secure the medicines, supplies and equipment needed to
