The United States Department of Commerce, National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (hereinafter referred to as “NOAA”) National Weather Service and National Environmental Satellite, Data, and Information Service, enters into this MOA in accordance with 15 U.S.C. § 1532, the Space Weather Authority, and 33 U.S.C. § 883d and 883e, which provide inter alia authority to enter into agreements to conduct investigations and research in the geophysical sciences.
