During the term of this Agreement, subject to the terms, conditions and limitations contained herein, GARDEN STATE LUMBER PRODUCTS warrants THE PLATINUM PROTECTED primed s4s trim boards shall remain free of (A) surface molds on the wood substrate beneath the Coating which render the Product incapable of providing a suitable substrate for priming and painting and (B) damage resulting from termites and fungal decay that would make the wood structurally unfit for the intended application, each for a period of 30 years from installation
