This Agreement, dated as of October 1, 2005, amends and restates in its entirety the Master Agreement for the Northwest One-Call Subsurface Warning System, dated as of August 1, 1986. The Parties on the date of this Agreement are identified in the list that is set forth (or obtained in the manner specified) in the attached Exhibit A.
