AGREEMENT (“First Amendment”) is made and entered into this 8th day of November, 2023 by and between VISTAS AT WEST MESA METROPOLITAN DISTRICT, a quasi- municipal corporation and political subdivision of the State of Colorado (the “District”) and GRAYS DEVELOPMENT COMPANY INC., a Colorado corporation (the “Developer”). The District and the Developer are referred to herein as the “Parties.”
