This Master Agreement for Indefeasible Right of Use of Fiber (“Agreement”) is made and entered into as of this 30th day of March, 2010, (the “Effective Date”) by and between The Illinois Municipal Broadband Communications Association, an Illinois not-for-profit corporation (“User”), and The City of Batavia, an Illinois municipal corporation (“City”).
