If such Supplementary Terms exist for Product being purchased, they will be found in a product insert or written agreement that accompanies or is associated with the Product. Supplementary Terms for SoftGenetics Software are found in click-wrap agreements associated with the SoftGenetics Software, copies of which are attached hereto as Appendix B-1 and Appendix B-2. Supplementary Terms flow down to any end-user and apply in the case of authorized or unauthorized use of Product by Customer or any other end-user. If Customer is uncertain if any Supplementary Terms exist for Product, Customer should contact CST’s Customer Service as provided at EUsupport@cellsignal.eu. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Supplementary Terms for the Fluidigm® products are attached hereto as Appendix A.
