This Kroger Rewards Prepaid Visa Cardholder Agreement (“Agreement”) sets forth the terms and conditions of your Kroger Rewards Prepaid Visa, which includes both the temporary Kroger Rewards Prepaid Visa that you purchased at a Kroger Family of Companies location (“Temporary Card”), as well as the personalized reloadable version of your Kroger Rewards Prepaid Visa (“Personalized Reloadable Card”) that you receive after you successfully complete the registration process, and the Kroger Rewards Prepaid Visa account accessed by your Card (“Account”). THIS IS NOT A GIFT CARD.
