This Deerbrooke Public Improvement District Reimbursement Agreement (this “Reimbursement Agreement”) is executed between the CITY OF LEANDER, TEXAS, a home rule city and Texas municipal corporation (“City”) and DEERBROOKE LAND AUSTIN LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (the “Owner”) to be effective June 18, 2020 (each individua l ly referred to as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties”).
