This agreement is being made between WILLIAMSON MUSIC 1ST and RENTER/RENT TO OWN APPLICANT. In consideration of an offer to rent or rent to own instrument(s), applicant agrees to pay to WM1st in the agreed upon dates and amounts listed in this contract. It is also agreed that RENTER/RENT TO OWN Customer takes possession of said instrument(s) when "delivery to and from said school, are present in the instructions from the RENTER/RENT TO OWN Customer; evidence of possession upondocumented receipt from and by the school." Signature will be evidence of acceptance and agreement. CREDIT REPORT: In order to approve the Applicant's instrument order request, We reserve the right to obtain credit reporting information and/or other pertinent information necessary for the purpose of verifying renter/renter to own information provided on this contract.
