This Termination of Disposition, Development and Loan Agreement (this “Agreement”) is entered into as of June 21, 2010 (“Effective Date”) by and between the City of Pittsburg, a municipal corporation (“City”), the Redevelopment Agency of the City of Pittsburg, a public body corporate and politic (“Agency”), and the Pittsburg Arts and Community Foundation, Inc., a California nonprofit public benefit corporation (“Foundation”). Agency, City and Foundation are hereinafter referred to as the “Parties.”
