This Data Processing Addendum (“DPA”) forms an integral part of the Master Agreement (the “Agreement”) between Noname Security and the Customer (collectively also referred to as the “Parties” or individually as a “Party”). This DPA supersedes and replaces any existing data processing terms in place between the Parties relating to the processing of Personal Data. Terms not defined herein shall have the meaning set forth in the Agreement. In the event of a conflict between the Agreement and this DPA, this DPA shall prevail.
