This Commissioned Data Processing Agreement regulates the obligations of the contracting parties within the framework of commissioned processing of personal data or processing by subcontract. This CDP Agreement applies to all activities related to the service agreement and in which employees of the Contractor or persons commissioned by the Contractor (subcontractors) process personal data (“Data”) of the Client or of the Client’s Principal (subcontracting). This CDP Agreement uses terms in accordance with their definition in the EU General Data Protection Regulation.
