This Licence Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the Agreement) is made by and between you (individual or legal entity), hereinafter referred to as the User, on the one part, and Neomatica Limited Liability Company (hereinafter referred to as Neomatica LLC), on the other part, regarding the ADM (c) Neomatica LLC software incorporating database elements for the ADM user telematics terminals produced by Neomatica LLC (hereinafter referred to as the Software).
