These Anthropic on Vertex - Commercial Terms of Service (these “Terms”) are an agreement between Anthropic, PBC (“Anthropic”) and you or the organization, company, or other entity that you represent (“Customer”). They govern Customer’s use of the Services (as defined below). These Terms are effective on the earlier of the date that Customer first electronically consents to a version of these Terms and the date that Customer first accesses the Services (“Effective Date”).
