THIS AGREEMENT FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES (herein “Agreement”) is made and entered into this day: , (“Effective Date”) by and between the CITY OF BANNING, a California municipal corporation (“City”) and RINCON CONSULTANTS, INC., a California corporation (“Consultant”).
