THIS LANDSCAPE SERVICES AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is entered into as of November 27, 2018 between BrightView Landscape Services, Inc. (“BrightView”), and Babcock Ranch Residential Association, Inc. (“Client”). If Client is other than the record owner of each property where goods or services will be delivered under this Agreement, then Client is executing and entering into this Agreement on its own behalf and as duly authorized agent for the record owner(s) of those properties.
