In lieu of submitting an erosion and sediment control plan for the construction of this single family dwelling, the builder agrees to comply with any requirements determined necessary by employees of the Town of Culpeper, representing the Erosion and Sediment Control Program Administrator. Such requirements shall be based on the conservation standards contained in Virginia Erosion and Sediment Control Law, Regulations and Certificate Regulations FY 2013, and the methodology within the “Virginia Erosion and Sediment Control Handbook”.
