AMENDMENT TO SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT & RELEASESettlement Agreement • February 12th, 2022
This Amendment to the Settlement Agreement & Release (“Settlement Agreement”) previously executed by the Parties, and attached hereto as Exhibit A, is made between Plaintiffs Karen Solberg, Nancy Morin, and Narisha Bonakdar, for themselves and the Settlement Class Members, and Defendants National Corrective Group, Inc. (NCG), Victim Services, Inc. (VSI), Birch Grove Holdings, Inc. (Birch Grove), American Justice Solutions, Inc. (AJS), Mats Jonsson, and Karl Thomas Jonsson. The Settlement Agreement is incorporated herein by reference, and all capitalized terms used in this Amendment and not otherwise defined herein shall have the meanings assigned to them in the Settlement Agreement. This Amendment shall be effective when signed by Defendants and Class Counsel and approved by the Court under paragraph XV.5 of the Settlement Agreement.
