This ESCROW AGREEMENT – SERIES 2005 dated July 1, 2018 (this “Escrow Agreement”), between the CITY OF RIO VISTA (the “City”), a municipal corporation duly established and existing under the Constitution and laws of the State of California, and MUFG UNION BANK, N.A., a national banking association duly organized and operating under the laws of the United States of America being qualified to accept and administer the trust hereby created, as escrow agent (the “Escrow Agent”), and as fiscal agent (the “2005 Fiscal Agent”), under the 2005 Fiscal Agent Agreement described below;
