Basically, a contract is an agreement to do or not do something between different parties. In each agreement (contract) the parties spell out what they are willing to do or not do. There are times when confusion or misunderstandings occur due to contract ambiguities (unclear or contradictory statements) or the contract may not cover all points of interest and concern between the parties. These misunderstandings may lead to court actions.
