(“Escrow Agent”), GE Government Finance, Inc., a corporation duly organized and existing under the laws of the State of Delaware (“Lender”), The Industrial Development Authority of the City of Anaheim, a public, corporate instrumentality of the State of California (“Issuer”), and Northgate Gonzalez, LLC, a limited liability company duly organized and existing under the laws of the State of California (“Borrower”).
