This Interconnection Agreement (the “Agreement”), is made effective upon approval by the Illinois Commerce Commission (“Effective Date”), by and between Geneseo Telephone Company (hereafter, “GENESEO”) with offices at 111 East First Street, Geneseo, Illinois 61254 and NPCR, Inc. (“NPCR”) NPCR, in its capacity as a provider of two-way wireless mobile telecommunications service, with its address at 4500 Carillon Point Kirkland, WA 987033 for this Agreement (GENESEO and NPCR being referred to collectively as the “Parties” and individually as a “Party”). This Agreement covers services in the state of Illinois (the “State”).
