This Amendment One to the Amended and Restated Intergovernmental Cooperation Agreement (“Amendment One”) is entered into under authority of Wis. Stat. § 66.0301 and the Amended and Restated Intergovernmental Cooperation Agreement (“IGA”) entered into by, among and between the Counties of Clark, Barron, Bayfield, Buffalo, Chippewa, Crawford, Douglas, Eau Claire, Florence, Oneida, Outagamie, Pepin, Price, Portage, Rock, Rusk, Taylor, and Wood each a duly organized and existing county of the State of Wisconsin relating to the formation of the Woodland Enhanced Health Services Commission (“WEHS”). This Amendment shall be effective as of the 22 day of February, 2018.
