A Chromebook is being loaned to students in Kindergarten through 8th grade for academic purposes. iPads are also available for limited use in a shared cart. It is the student’s responsibility to care for the Chromebook and ensure it is maintained in a safe environment. The Chromebook Insurance Fee for the school year is $50.00 per student (cash or check, payable to Rosemont School). This fee covers only one incident regarding Chromebook damages. All subsequent damage caused by the student must be paid by the parent/guardian. If the Chromebook is damaged, parents/guardians/students should immediately file a report with the school administration. The condition of student Chromebooks will be periodically checked throughout the year.
