This agreement (“Settlement Agreement”) is made and entered into this 30th day of September, 2013, between Plaintiffs Cathie Colvin and Mark Gjolaj, on behalf of themselves and the Settlement Class, as defined below, and Defendant Global Concepts Limited, Inc. d/b/a Global TV Concepts, LTD.
