This ARAS INNOVATOR® Click Thru Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement among you (either an individual or a single entity, collectively “you” or “Licensee”) and Aras Corporation (“Aras”) for the Aras Innovator® software product (the “Licensed Software”) and software applications for use therewith developed by Aras that run on the Aras Innovator® application framework (the “Solutions”), any and all applicable user guides, instructions and other documentation (the “Documentation”), the Subscription Services (as defined in subsection B.1 below), and Professional Services (as defined in subsection C.1 below). For purposes of this Agreement, any and all references to the Licensed Software in this Agreement shall include all Documentation generally made available to a licensee by Aras in connection with the Licensed Software.
