THIS ARTICULATION AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is entered into by and between Tennessee Technological University (“Transfer School”) and Motlow State Community College (“Institution”) as of the date of the last signature on this Agreement. The parties desire to enter into a contract pursuant to which students of Institution will be eligible for articulated course credits at Transfer School, according to the terms contained in this Agreement.
