This Utility Management Service Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) is made, subject and pursuant to the following terms, provisions, and conditions precedent, as of this _ day of 20 by and between Envirolink, Inc. a North Carolina corporation (hereinafter called “Envirolink”), and Town of Oak Ridge, a North Carolina municipal corporation located in Guilford County, North Carolina (hereinafter called “Owner” or “Town”). In this Agreement, Envirolink and the Owner are referred to collectively as the “Parties” and individually as a “Party.”
