In accordance with the National Aeronautics and Space Act (51 U.S.C. § 20113(e)), this Agreement is entered into by the National Aeronautics and Space Administration Lyndon B. Johnson Space Center, located at 2101 NASA Parkway, Houston, Texas 77058 (hereinafter referred to as "NASA" or "NASA JSC") and FXC Corporation/Guardian Parachute located at 3050 Red Hill Avenue, Costa Mesa, CA 92626-4524 (hereinafter referred to as "Partner" or "FXC"). NASA and Partner may be individually referred to as a "Party" and collectively referred to as the "Parties."
