This Software as a Service License Agreement (the “SaaS Agreement” and, together with all addenda and documents incorporated herein by reference, the “Agreement”) governs Customer’s license to access and use the PerkinElmer Informatics, Inc. (together with its affiliates and subsidiaries, “PerkinElmer”) software as a service offering identified on the applicable quote (“Quote”), together with any published user guide and/or technical manual for the software as a service offering (the “Documentation” and, together, the “Service”), in accordance with the following terms and conditions.
