The following terms and conditions comprise a legal agreement between NORTHWAY CONCIERGE INC., a company incorporated pursuant to the laws of Canada (the “Company” “we,” or “us“) and you, the person using and purchasing the Services, or if the person using the Services is under the age of eighteen (18) years of age, the parent or legal guardian of the participant who will be using the Services (“you” or “your”, as applicable), together with any documents they expressly incorporate by reference (collectively, the “Agreement“). This Agreement govern your access to, and use of, the Company’s student concierge services (the “Services”), including any content and services offered on or through the Company’s websites, platforms or mobile applications (hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Website”).
