This Bus Advertising Wrap Agreement (hereinafter referred to as “Agreement”) is entered into on this 15th day of June, 2013, by and between the City of Moorhead, Minnesota, a municipal corporation (hereinafter referred to as “City”) and the Red River Zoo (hereinafter referred to as “Advertiser” or “Zoo”).
