THIS AMENDED EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT, hereinafter referred to as "CONTRACT" is entered into this 1st day of October, 20 14 by and between the CITY OF DANA POINT, a municipal corporation, hereinafter referred to as "CITY", and Matthew Sinacori, hereinafter referred to as "SINACORI".
