Whereas the Customer being a corporate body or duly authorized representative thereof presented a subscription application to utilize banking services the Bank provides to customers including but not limited to balance enquiry, account to account transfers , payment of public utilities bills , initiation , issuance or conclusion of documentary credit and trade deals , whereas the Bank provides such services subject to this Corporate Banking Services General Agreement (Agreement)and to the terms and conditions of each specific service agreement, therefore the two parties being fully competent under Shariaa and legal principles have mutually agreed to abide by the following terms and conditions:
