This license governs the use of Hitachi Solutions America, Ltd. (“Hitachi Solutions”) software, including but not limited to, Hitachi Solutions CRM for Banks, Hitachi Solutions CRM for Insurance, Hitachi Solutions Loyalty Management, Hitachi Solutions Average Daily Balance Reporting for Banks, Hitachi Solutions Order Entry, Hitachi Solutions Customer Portal, and Hitachi Solutions eCommerce. Please read these terms carefully before downloading or using the Software. By downloading or using the software, you accept the terms of this license agreement. If you do not accept the license terms, do not download or use the software. All preprinted terms contained in any document used by you to order software and/or user licenses from Hitachi Solutions are hereby fully rejected by Hitachi Solutions and shall have no legal effect.
