THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into this 1ST day of February 2021, by and among the Board of County Commissioners of Johnson County, Kansas (“County"), the City of Leawood, Kansas; the City of Olathe, Kansas; the City of Overland Park, Kansas; the City of Shawnee, Kansas; Johnson County Consolidated Fire District No. 2; the City of Lenexa, Kansas; Northwest Consolidated Fire District; Northeast Johnson County, Kansas; Johnson County Fire District No. 1; and Johnson County Fire District No. 2 (the parties are collectively referred to as the “Participants”), each party having been duly organized and now existing under the laws of the State of Kansas.
