THIS EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT is entered into this day of , 2008, by and between the Hamilton County BOARD of Education, hereinafter called the “BOARD,” and, Dr. Jim V. Scales hereinafter called the “SUPERINTENDENT.” This contract repeals and replaces any other contract in effect as of the date specified above.
