This REVOCABLE LICENSE AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is made effective as of the date of the last signature hereto (the “Effective Date”), by and between the TOWN OF PARACHUTE, COLORADO, a Colorado home rule municipality (the “Town” or “Licensor”) and COMCAST OF COLORADO IX, LLC, a Colorado limited liability company (“Licensee”). The Town and Licensee shall be collectively referred to herein as “Parties.”
