Pursuant to the undersigned’s request for access to, and the inspection of, the Property, and in consideration of CII’s receiver appointment, providing the undersigned with access to the Property for such purposes, the undersigned does hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless CII/CIC & Maikol Akintonde, Coldwell Banker Residential, from and against any and all loss or damage to the Property, or personal injury or property damage, including the payment of attorneys’ fees and court costs, caused by or during the access to, and the inspection of, the Property by the undersigned and its employees and agents.
