This annex shall be for the purpose of NASA providing information and experience in welding, analyzing weld data, weld fracture analysis, and pre weld fit up/weld tacking to the Blue Origin weld production team. This annex will allow NASA to maintain experience and skills related to production space flight hardware welding through the real world application of our processes and procedures on modern era rocket hardware.
