This Agreement is made as of the day of , 1999, by and among Central Hudson Gas & Electric Corporation, Consolidated Edison Company of New York, Inc., New York State Electric & Gas Corporation, Niagara Mohawk Power Corporation, Orange and Rockland Utilities, Inc., Rochester Gas and Electric Corporation (referred to collectively as the “Investor-Owned Transmission Owners”), the Power Authority of the State of New York ("NYPA"), a corporate municipal instrumentality of the State of New York, and LIPA(a subsidiary of the Long Island Power Authority, a corporate municipal instrumentality of the State of New York)(herein referred to collectively as the "Transmission Owners") and the New York Independent System Operator ("ISO"), a not-for-profit corporation. The Transmission Owners and the ISO are herein referred to collectively as the Parties.
