The student named below intends to enroll in the HMI Summer Term (hereafter sometimes “Program”) at the High Mountain Institute. The parent/s or legal guardian/s of the student (collectively referred to here as “parent/s”) must sign this Enrollment Agreement. In consideration of the services of the High Mountain Institute, Inc., and the Program (collectively referred to as "High Mountain Institute" or “HMI”) the parent/s acknowledge and agree as follows:
