This CONTRACT EXTENSION AGREEMENT (“Extension”) is made this 26th day of September 2022, for the purpose of extending the (“Master Contract Agreement”) known as contract number 21.4 - BNN, dated October 1, 2020, by and between Barnes & Noble Bookseller, Inc. (“Vendor”), located at 33 East 17th Street, New York, NY 10003, and the Cooperative Purchasing Connection (“CPC”, located at 1001 E. Mount Faith Avenue, Fergus Falls, MN 56537, (collectively, the “Parties”).
